About SyncaMap

Made by operators who ship the boxes.

SyncaMap started as an internal tool at Rare Brew, a sparkling tea brand that grew tired of manually updating a stockist map every time a new cafe placed a wholesale order.

Origin

A wholesale problem worth solving twice.

Rare Brew ships to hundreds of cafes, bottle shops, and specialty grocers across North America. Every new account meant a spreadsheet edit, a copy-paste into a store locator plugin, and a small prayer that the geocoder would land the pin on the right block.

We built SyncaMap for ourselves. It watches our Shopify orders, applies our sync rules, and updates our Find Us page without anyone touching a spreadsheet. Once other Shopify brands started asking how we did it, we packaged it up.

SyncaMap is still run by the same small team that runs Rare Brew. Every feature comes from real wholesale ops.

What we believe

Three quiet convictions.

Wholesale is a growth channel.

For most Shopify brands, wholesale isn't a side hustle. It deserves the same tooling as DTC.

Data you already have.

You shouldn't re-enter what Shopify already knows. Orders are the source of truth.

Small tools, done well.

One thing. Solved properly. Priced fairly. No AI-agent thicket, no six-figure demos.
