What if I take orders on paper and enter them later?
Enter as Shopify draft orders and apply the wholesale tag. SyncaMap treats draft orders the same as POS orders.
Do I need a specific POS plan?
Any Shopify plan with POS works. The wholesale tag and shipping-to-address flow are standard Shopify features.
Can I map only certain POS locations?
Yes. Filter by POS location ID so only your trade-show register creates pins, not your retail counter.
Will the retailer see the pin before I approve it?
You choose: auto-publish on order, or hold every new pin for review. Rare Brew holds and confirms, most brands auto-publish.
