Does SyncaMap call the Faire API?
No. SyncaMap reads Shopify orders. Faire's own Shopify connector turns each retailer order into a normal Shopify order, and that is what SyncaMap uses.
What if I sell on Faire but don't sync orders into Shopify?
You'll need to route Faire orders into Shopify to auto-map. A CSV import works as a one-time backfill, but ongoing sync needs orders in your Shopify admin.
How do I keep repeat Faire orders from creating duplicate pins?
SyncaMap deduplicates by shipping address plus retailer name, so reorders update the existing pin rather than stacking new ones.
Billing address or shipping address?
Shipping by default: that is where the physical store is. You can flip individual retailers to billing if their storefront differs.
Can I hide a Faire retailer?
