Agreement
By installing or using SyncaMap ("the app"), you agree to these terms and to Shopify's own App Store terms. SyncaMap is operated by Rare Brew Corp.
Subscription and billing
SyncaMap is billed through Shopify. Free and paid plans are described on our Pricing page and in the Shopify App Store listing. Paid plans include a free trial. You can cancel any time from your Shopify admin.
Acceptable use
- Don't use SyncaMap to display data you don't have the right to publish.
- Don't attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the app.
- Don't use it to violate the Shopify Partner Program agreement or applicable law.
Uptime and support
We aim for 99.9% availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support is available via email during business hours. Response times are prioritized for paid plans.
Data and privacy
See our Privacy Policy for how we handle Shopify merchant and wholesale customer data.
Limitation of liability
SyncaMap is provided "as is." Rare Brew Corp. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Our maximum liability is capped at the amount you paid for SyncaMap in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app and on our What's New page.
