Common questions
Does SyncaMap work with Faire orders?
Yes. If you route Faire orders into Shopify (which most brands do), SyncaMap can tag them and turn them into stockist pins automatically. See our Faire integration page for the full flow.
What if the shipping address is a warehouse or a home?
You can exclude addresses by tag, ZIP, or manually. SyncaMap flags anything that looks residential so you can approve or hide it before it goes public.
Can I edit or hide a stockist after the pin drops?
Yes. Every pin is fully editable. You can rename it, change the address, add a website or photo, or hide it from the public map without deleting the underlying order.
